IRSE Swiss Section: Technical lecture in-person in Zurich "ERTMS implementation in Switzerland"

The IRSE Swiss Section are delighted to announce a world and Swiss first -

The four standard-gauge infrastructure managers in Switzerland will present their detailed ERTMS implementation plan, which they submitted to the Federal Office of Transport (FOT/BAV) ahead of the main summer holiday season. While the primary focus will be on ETCS, there will also be a dedicated session about the implementation of FRMCS in Switzerland.

Several members of the IRSE have played key roles in shaping these plans.

The infrastructure managers involved are SBB (Swiss Federal Railways), BLS, SOB (Schweizerische Südostbahn), and TPF (Transports publics Fribourgeois).
